Elias Dabaie

Founder, Managing Partner


Elias is a nationally recognized trial attorney and partner at Glaser Weil LLP. He regularly leads complex, high-stakes litigation for private equity firms, Fortune 500 companies, and high-net worth individuals. Elias has successfully litigated and resolved disputes involving hundreds of millions of dollars across commercial, finance, entertainment, real estate, and professional sports sectors. His clients have included Herbalife, WWE, Hawaiian Airlines, The Gores Group, Los Angeles County, STX Entertainment, and The Yucaipa Companies. Elias started his career as Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP after graduating from UC Berkeley School of Law.


Elias sets SLP’s underwriting standard, leads case selection, and drives the firm’s disciplined approach to aligning investor capital with meritorious and high-leverage claims.

Will Hirschfeld

Co-Founder, Managing Director


Will is a capital strategist who has executive produced over 20 feature films, raising and deploying more than $20 million across several projects. He has led financing and development efforts for global distributors and projects featuring Academy Award-winning and -nominated talent (including Melissa Leo, Bryan Cranston, Antonio Banderas, Lilly Gladstone, John Cusack, and others). Prior to film, Will founded a healthcare marketing firm in Southern California, generating thousands of new leads for dentists and yielding millions of dollars in revenue.


Will applies his deal-making and structured finance expertise to capture attractive funding opportunities that maximize investor returns.
